  Annie makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive.
  Kevin Knickerbocker, a caring professional, seems to intuit adjustments to make the hearing aid work as close to the natural ear as possible. He is also knowledgeable about hearing and the relationship to cognition and the science of hearing.
