  my family and I have been ATT customers for nearly 15 years. we have never had anything to complain about until recently. the manager Amanda (I see I am not the only one who has had an issue with her) was very rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with my phone and she doubted me and was argumentative. I am also pretty sure I had "terms and agreements" that were digitally agreed to without my consent or knowledge - and I am now being held accountable for them. this store's only saving grace is Steph(anie?). she's always helpful and upbeat. unfortunately I won't return until I am confident it is under new management. I filed a complaint with ATT, but it's easy to believe those things fall on deaf ears.
