  Oh wow... this place is truly a shadow of its former self. The salad bar used to be legendary and although it still has a lot of stuff the sneeze plate is so low it can be challenging for anyone taller than 4'10" to reach in and get something without your hand touching something else. What's more disappointing is many items on the salad bar look like they were poured out of a can and not "garden fresh". Lastly the stack of plates by the salad bar had several dirty ones mixed in with the clean ones. To be clear I'm not saying dirty like they were used once and returned to the stack but rather dirty like the dishwashing machine didn't quite get the job done completely the first time through and the plates should be rewashed. I pulled those plates out and stacked them away from the clean plates and stopped once I found a clean plate so maybe there were 6 or so plates with visible dried pieces of lettuce or carrot sticking to them, thinking the staff maintaining the salad bar would move those dirty plates to the kitchen to get rewashed but I was disappointed to watch the staff add those dirty plates back to the pile of clean ones. This disregard for cleanliness is a direct reflection on the kind of management that runs that location and the training they provide the staff so I am suggesting to anyone considering a meal at the Ruby Tuesday in Clarkston to go elsewhere.
