  This is the worst Kroger in Oakland county, and possibly all of Michigan. I love Kroger and prefer it to other large grocers like Meijer, but this store is very obviously poorly run. Usually there are only a few cashiers, and half the self scans are closed. Wait times in line are long regardless of the day or time. Employees are helpful and pleasant, if you can find them. I have my Kroger card stored on my phone, which means the attendant at the self scanner has to manually scan it for you. Nobody knows how. This was never a problem at the several other Kroger stores I have been to.
  
  I love you Kroger, but this store sucks.
