  Loved this company when it was Smith's. Never had any problems with trash or recycling pick ups or getting through on the phone when calling the office. Now you need a half an hour to wait on the phone before you can talk to a service rep. Leaf bags are picked up a day late and you're only allowed 8 bags a week. Missing my old home town Smith's disposal!

  I switched to this trash company two weeks ago(prepaid for the whole quarter) because waste management would not pick up my trash for over a month. After two weeks they have taken my trash zero times. We are in a neighborhood with lots of other advanced disposal customers, and not hard to find. The service reps I have talked to are all very nice and seem helpful.
  
  Edit: I called them this morning, and they actually sent someone out to pick up the trash about an hour later. While they may have problems with skipping certain houses, they are very quick to fix the issue.
  
  Be prepared to be on the phone for a very long time if you call them. They have a default message when you call, that they are "experiencing unusually high call volumes". It does not matter what day or time you call, it always says the same thing.
  
  Edit: This week they did not take my yard waste. I called and was on hold for 35 minutes, and they hung up.

  I also had been happy when it was Smith's; not now. Not only have they forgotten to pick up recycling, I now get an invoice with extra fees added in. I immediately called to cancel, waited on hold forever (everyone must be doing the same thing), and when I finally got through the lady said she could beat the price I was given by the new company. If that's the case then why charge so much more to begin with? I told her no thanks, I don't need them to give me a lower rate just to raise it again in a couple of months. There is information on my invoice to expect another increase next month. Really?
